  •  Cooking Oil 
  •  Smoke Coal
  • Aluminum Foil Paper


Synthesis:

Put a cup of oil in a frying pan and heat it a little. Then cut the onion into small pieces and put it in it. Now lightly baron it. Now remove the onion from the oil. Chicken in the same oil. Wash and fry about 1 kg well when the chicken water is well heated

When it is dry and the chicken is chlorophyll. Then add two tablespoons of ginger and garlic paste if it is mixed in it and one tablespoon if it is separate then add two tablespoons. Gently place on the stove to turn red.

Now put things back in the chicken. After ginger and garlic, grind three quarts of peppers and add about four chopped tomatoes.

Now in fried chicken add salt to taste, red pepper, one teaspoon turmeric, half a teaspoon, dried coriander, half a teaspoon cumin powder. Add half a teaspoon and half a teaspoon of black pepper and fry the chicken well.

When the chicken is well fried and all the oil has come to the surface, the coal that was placed on the other stove will have turned red when it is ready. Remove it from the oven with the help of tongs.

Fold it into small folds and place it in the space made in the chicken. Now burn it on top of the food with the help of a tool.

Now with a spoon, pour two or three drops of oil on top of the oil and place the lid of the pan in the other hand before pouring the oil.

As soon as you add the oil, place the lid on the frying pan with the other hand and cover the frying pan so that the smoke from the frying pan fills the frying pan.

Stay inside and give flavor to the chicken so that it does not come out and waste. Leave it covered on the closed stove for five to ten minutes. Then open the lid.

Take out the food and utensils carefully and serve.
