Almond Kheer
Ingredients:
- Milk
- Dry milk
- lost
- Rose juice
- Rice
- Chinese
- Saffron
- Almonds
- Pistachio
- Silver foil
Recipe:
Soak the rice and grind it for two hours. Add a little water and grind the pistachios and almonds in the crushed rice.
Put milk in a pot and cook. After a while, put a spoonful of saffron in it. And after cooking for 5/10 minutes, add sugar and cook.
When it is a little deep, add 2 tablespoons of rose liqueur. Give and shake to close the lid.
